Start a return within 30 days of delivery. Use the return form with your order number and the item you're sending back.
02Condition
Items must be unused, clean and in their original packaging, with their straps, fixings and accessories. Do a dry fit before taking anything outside.
03Sending it back
Dry the fabric fully and use protective packaging. Send it with a tracked service and keep the receipt until the return is resolved. Return shipping for a change of mind or a fit issue is paid by you; if an item arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us first.
04Refund
Refunds go to the original payment method after we receive and check the return.
