Delivery
Each product page and the checkout show the estimated delivery time for your country. Local import charges, where they apply, are paid by the recipient.
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to return an item. It needs to be unused, clean and in its original packaging, so do a dry fit before anything goes outside. Start a return with your order number.
Return shipping and refunds
Return shipping for a change of mind or a fit issue is paid by you. If an item arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us first. Refunds go to the original payment method after we receive and check the return.

Will everything arrive together?
Not always. Items may arrive in separate packages, depending on size and availability.
What if a package arrives damaged?
Keep the packaging and take a few clear photos of the package and the item. Then contact us with your order number so we can help.
Can I change the delivery address?
Contact us as soon as possible. The address can only change before the package ships.
How do I pack a return?
Dry the fabric fully. Include straps, fixings and accessories, and use protective packaging. Send it with a tracked service and keep the receipt until the return is resolved.
