This is a mesh door curtain that lets air move through your doorway while the mesh helps keep insects out. The panel is made of polyester fiber mesh. Magnets run down the middle, so the curtain closes behind you as you walk through. You do not need to pull it shut by hand.
A hook-and-loop strip runs around the frame. It holds the curtain against your door frame and lets you take the curtain down when you want to. The mesh is light and breathable, so it suits doorways you use every day.
Two sizes are available. Measure your door frame before you pick one.
| Size | Metric |
|---|---|
| 35 x 83 in | 90 x 210 cm |
| 39 x 83 in | 100 x 210 cm |
Both sizes come in black and white. Black reads as a soft shadow against most door frames. White blends with light trim and pale walls. Pick the color that matches the doorway you have in mind.
The curtain uses a hook-and-loop strip around the frame. Clean the frame first so the strip can sit flat. Press the strip along the top and sides of the door frame, then press the curtain onto it. Check that the magnets meet in the middle and that the bottom hangs clear of the floor.
Once it is up, walk through the doorway. The magnets part as you pass and draw back together behind you. If the two sides do not meet, lift the curtain and set it again so the middle lines up. The hook-and-loop fitting lets you pull the whole curtain down when you want an open doorway.
This curtain suits a range of doorways, including a sliding door where you want a screen you can walk through. It also works on a standard side door or a back door you use often.
The mesh stays light, so air moves through the doorway and the space does not feel closed off. The magnets do the work of closing the curtain, which helps when your hands are full or when pets and family move in and out. The hook-and-loop strip holds the curtain steady, and the mesh is made to resist everyday wear.
Check the fit now and then. If a corner lifts, press it back onto the strip. Keep the middle edges clean so the magnets can meet without a gap.
Rinse the curtain with water. Let it dry fully before you store it. Take it down from the hook-and-loop strip when you clean it, then press it back up once it is dry. Store it flat or rolled, away from damp.
One magnetic screen door curtain in the color and size you choose.
Magnets run down the middle of the curtain. They part as you walk through and draw back together behind you, so the curtain closes on its own.
It comes in 35 x 83 in (90 x 210 cm) and 39 x 83 in (100 x 210 cm). Measure your door frame before choosing a size.
It can suit a sliding door as long as your frame matches one of the two sizes. The hook-and-loop strip around the frame holds the curtain in place.
Rinse it with water and let it dry fully before storing it. Take it down from the hook-and-loop strip first, then press it back up when dry.
