What this cover is

This is a cloth cover made for an outdoor air conditioner unit. It shields the unit from sun, rain, dust and snow, so the outer surfaces stay cleaner between uses. The cloth is plain dyed, which gives it a simple, even look that blends in with most patios and exterior walls.

Size

The cover comes in one size. Check your unit before you order so the cover sits the way you want.

Color and style

The cover is plain dyed. There are no prints or logos on it, just a single solid color. That keeps the look understated against siding, brick or fencing.

How to use it

Place the cover over the air conditioner when the unit is off or not in use. Smooth the cloth down so it sits flat and does not bunch up on top. The cloth is light, so one person can lift it into place. When the unit needs to run, take the cover off and fold it aside. Store it in a dry spot between uses so it stays ready for the next stretch of bad weather.

Care

Shake off loose dust and leaves before you put the cover away. For a deeper clean, wipe the cloth with a damp cloth and let it air dry fully before folding. Do not machine wash or tumble dry. Keep it away from sharp edges that could snag the cloth.
