What this screen is

This outdoor privacy screen is a single-piece panel of 420D polyester with a PU coating. That build makes it waterproof and UV-resistant, so it stands up to sun and rain on a balcony, patio or porch. Grommets run along the edges, and each screen comes with rope and zip ties so you can fasten it to a railing, pergola or frame.

Sizes

Four sizes are available. Pick the one that matches the span you want to cover.

Size Metric
35 x 118 in 89 x 300 cm
30 x 236 in 76 x 599 cm
35 x 197 in 89 x 500 cm
35 x 236 in 89 x 599 cm

Measure your railing or opening before you order. A screen that is a little longer than the span gives you room to tie it off at both ends.

Colors

Five colors let you match your space: Deep gray, Light gray, Beige, Sand and Black. Deep gray and Black read as a solid backdrop. Light gray, Beige and Sand keep the area feeling open and light.

How to fit and use it

  1. Unfold the screen and check the span against your railing, pergola or frame.
  2. Thread the included rope through the grommets and tie the screen to your anchor points.
  3. Use the 10 included zip ties for a tighter hold where the screen meets a rail or post.
  4. Pull the fabric taut so it does not flap in the wind, then trim any loose zip tie ends.

The grommets sit along the edges, so you can run rope across the top and bottom for a clean line. On a balcony, attach the screen to the inner side of the railing to block sightlines from the street. On a patio or porch, hang it from a pergola beam or a freestanding frame. The screen also works as a wind block or a sun shade over a seating area.

Care

Rinse the screen with water and let it dry fully before you store it. Fold it flat and keep it in a dry spot between seasons. Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
