The Railing Guard Balcony Privacy Screen is a fabric panel made to hang along a balcony railing, patio edge or fence line. It gives you a soft visual barrier without blocking the open feel of your outdoor space.
The material is Oxford fabric with a PU coating. That coating helps the fabric resist water and UV light, so the color holds up through sunny and rainy seasons. The fabric is lightweight enough to hang from a railing and sturdy enough to stay put in normal outdoor conditions.
Four sizes are available. Measure the length of your railing or opening before you pick one. The height stays close to 35 in (89 cm) on most sizes, so the screen covers the typical railing gap.
| Size | Best for |
|---|---|
| 35 x 118 in (89 x 300 cm) | Short balcony rails and small patio sections |
| 35 x 197 in (89 x 500 cm) | Medium balconies and wider patio rails |
| 30 x 236 in (76 x 600 cm) | Long rails where a slightly shorter height works |
| 35 x 236 in (89 x 600 cm) | Long balconies and full patio edges |
If your space falls between sizes, choose the longer one and gather the extra fabric at one end. The included cable ties make that easy to manage.
Five colors are offered: Cream white, Light gray, Dark gray, Sand and Black. Cream white and Sand keep the space bright and airy. Light gray and Dark gray are neutral and blend with most railings. Black gives the strongest visual block and hides marks well over time.
Each set comes with 26 cable ties and four pieces of 6.6 ft (2 m) rope. You do not need extra hardware for most railings.
For a cleaner look, keep the ties on the inside of the railing. If wind is common in your area, add a tie at the bottom edge too. The screen is windproof, but a snug fit always helps.
Rinse the screen with a garden hose when dust or pollen builds up. For a deeper clean, use mild soap and water with a soft brush, then rinse well. Let it air dry fully before you fold it.
Fold the screen loosely and store it in a dry spot when you take it down for the season. Avoid sharp edges and rough surfaces when you move it, since they can snag the fabric. With basic care, the PU coating keeps doing its job season after season.
It is made of Oxford fabric with a PU coating. The coating helps it resist water and UV light.
You get one privacy screen, 26 cable ties and four pieces of 6.6 ft (2 m) rope. No other hardware is included.
Measure the length of your railing first. The four sizes run from 35 x 118 in (89 x 300 cm) up to 35 x 236 in (89 x 600 cm). If you are between sizes, pick the longer one.
Yes. The Oxford fabric with PU coating is waterproof and UV-resistant, so it is built for outdoor use. A snug fit with the included ties helps it handle wind.
