The Haven Outdoor Privacy Screen is a fabric panel you hang along a railing, fence line or open side of a balcony, patio or yard. It blocks sightlines from the street or a neighboring property while still letting air move through the space.
The fabric is PU-coated Oxford cloth. The PU coating is what makes the screen waterproof and UV-resistant, so it holds up to sun and rain through the season. Each screen arrives as a single piece with metal grommets set along the edges for fastening.
Four sizes are available. Measure the span you want to cover before you order, and remember that the screen hangs flat, so the width you pick should match or slightly exceed the opening.
| Size | Metric |
|---|---|
| 35 x 118 in | 90 x 300 cm |
| 35 x 197 in | 90 x 500 cm |
| 35 x 236 in | 90 x 600 cm |
| 30 x 236 in | 75 x 600 cm |
The first number is the height of the screen and the second is the length. The three 35 in (90 cm) tall options share the same height, so you can run a longer panel along a wide railing or a shorter one across a small balcony. The 30 x 236 in (75 x 600 cm) size is a little shorter in height and works well where you want coverage without blocking much of the view above the rail.
Five colors are offered: beige, sand, light gray, dark gray and black. Beige and sand are warm neutrals that sit easily against wood, brick and stone. Light gray and dark gray read as modern and pair well with metal railings and concrete. Black gives the strongest visual block and disappears against dark fencing.
Every screen ships with one length of rope and 10 zip ties. Both feed through the metal grommets along the edges of the fabric.
A simple way to hang it:
Zip ties are handy on round rails and thin fence bars. Rope gives you more slack for odd angles, tree trunks or a gap between two posts. You can also run the rope through the top grommets and along a tension line if you want the screen to hang free of the rail.
Because the fabric is waterproof, a quick shake or a wipe with a damp cloth is usually enough after rain. The screen is not a structural barrier, so treat it as a visual shield rather than something to lean on or climb.
Wipe the screen with a damp cloth and mild soap when it looks dusty. Let it air dry fully before you fold it. Store it flat or rolled in a dry place between seasons. Keep sharp edges and rough concrete away from the fabric, since the PU coating can scuff. If you leave the screen up year round, check the zip ties and rope every few months and replace any that have worn.
It is made from PU-coated Oxford fabric. The coating makes the screen waterproof and UV-resistant for outdoor use.
You get one privacy screen, one length of rope and 10 zip ties. The rope and ties thread through the metal grommets along the edges.
Measure the span you want to cover, then pick the closest size. Options run from 35 x 118 in (90 x 300 cm) up to 35 x 236 in (90 x 600 cm), plus a 30 x 236 in (75 x 600 cm) size.
Yes. The PU-coated Oxford fabric is waterproof and UV-resistant, so it is built for outdoor conditions. A quick wipe or shake after rain keeps it looking clean.
