The Mesh Window Screen Repair Patch is a small mesh cover for damaged window screens. It is made of polyester fiber mesh. The backing uses a hook-and-loop fastener, so the patch grips the screen fabric and stays in place without tools or sewing.
The mesh is black, which blends into most standard window screens. The patch is thin and flexible, so it sits flat against the screen and does not block airflow. It covers small holes, tears and worn spots that let insects through.
This patch is made for window screens. It can also cover small openings on door screens where the mesh has pulled apart.
Each patch measures 6 x 1.5 in (15 x 4 cm). The paper that holds the patches measures 6.2 x 9 in (16 x 23 cm). Every paper carries 5 patches.
| Patch size | Paper size | Patches per paper |
|---|---|---|
| 6 x 1.5 in (15 x 4 cm) | 6.2 x 9 in (16 x 23 cm) | 5 |
Pack options:
| Pack | Papers | Total patches |
|---|---|---|
| 10 papers | 10 | 50 |
| 20 papers | 20 | 100 |
| 40 papers | 40 | 200 |
The color is black. Each order includes 1 paper with 5 patches for every paper in the pack you pick.
The hook-and-loop fastener holds the patch to the screen fabric. No adhesive, staples or sewing are needed. If you need to remove the patch later, peel it back slowly from one corner.
For a tear longer than 6 in (15 cm), place two patches side by side with a small overlap. The mesh is flexible, so it follows the curve of the screen frame.
Use this patch on window screens in bedrooms, living rooms, kitchens and porches. It suits small holes from wear, pets or weather. It also works on door screen mesh and on small openings around drainage holes where insects can pass.
This patch is a cover for small damage. It is not a full replacement for a screen that is torn across a large area. If the frame or spline is damaged, a new screen panel may be the better choice.
Keep unused patches on the paper until you need them. Store the paper flat in a dry place. Dust and pet hair can weaken the grip of the fastener, so clean the screen before you apply a patch.
Once applied, the patch can stay on the screen through normal weather. To clean it, wipe it gently with a damp cloth. Do not scrub the mesh or pull at the edges. If a patch starts to lift, press it back down or replace it with a new one from the paper.
Each paper holds 5 patches. The pack options are 10 papers (50 patches), 20 papers (100 patches) and 40 papers (200 patches).
Each patch measures 6 x 1.5 in (15 x 4 cm). The paper it comes on measures 6.2 x 9 in (16 x 23 cm).
The backing is a hook-and-loop fastener. You press the patch onto the screen mesh and it grips the fabric. No glue or sewing is needed.
Yes. It is made for window screens, and it also covers small holes and tears in door screen mesh. It is not a full replacement for a large torn panel.
