This is a roll of woven mesh fabric made for window screens. The weave gives you a steady, even surface that air moves through while the mesh keeps small insects out. It works for new screen frames and for patching a screen that has torn.
The fabric is flexible and cuts with ordinary household scissors or a utility knife. You can trim it down to the exact size of your frame, so a larger roll covers several windows or one wide opening.
Each order is a single roll. Pick the color and size you need from the options above.
Sizes are listed in inches first, with the metric value in brackets. All sizes are 39 in, 59 in or 79 in wide.

Measure your frame opening before you order. Add a little extra on each side so you have room to work the mesh into the frame. A roll that is wider than your opening saves you from piecing two strips together.
The mesh comes in black, gray and white.
Black is the common choice for standard window screens. It reads as a dark, even surface from inside and outside the house.
Gray sits between black and white. It blends with gray frames and with homes where a softer look is wanted.
White matches white frames and trim. It keeps the screen looking light against a bright window.
All three colors use the same woven mesh fabric. The color you pick is the color of the mesh itself, so choose the one that fits the frame and the room.
Start by removing the old screen and cleaning the frame channel. Lay the new mesh over the frame with a few inches of overhang on every side.
Press the spline or the frame's retaining strip back into the channel, working from one corner around the frame. Keep the mesh gently taut as you go. Trim the extra mesh with a sharp blade once the spline is seated.
For a small repair, cut a patch larger than the tear and press it over the damaged area, or weave a strand of mesh through the hole if the tear is narrow.
This mesh also suits door screens, porch openings and other framed openings where you want airflow without insects. Cut it to the shape you need.
Rinse the mesh with water to clear dust and pollen. Let it dry fully before you store it. Store the roll flat or loosely rolled in a dry spot, away from sharp tools that could snag the weave.
