What this panel is

The Veil Peony Lace Curtain Panel is a single-piece outdoor curtain made of 100% polyester. The fabric has a fine lace weave with a peony flower pattern, so it reads as soft and decorative rather than heavy or solid. It is translucent, which means light passes through while the pattern breaks up the view into your space.

This panel is not water resistant. Treat it as a light shade and privacy layer for covered areas, or bring it in when rain is expected. It mounts from the ceiling, so it suits a pergola, porch roof, covered patio or any flat overhead surface. The opening style is left and right biparting, so two panels can part in the middle when you use more than one.

Measure your opening before you order. For a gathered look, plan on roughly one and a half to two times the width of the opening in total panel width. Since each panel is 55 in (140 cm) wide, a wider opening usually calls for two or more panels.

Colors

Black gives the strongest contrast and the most visual shading. Green blends with plants and garden views. White keeps the space bright and airy and reads as classic lace. All three colors use the same peony lace pattern and the same 100% polyester fabric.

How to fit and use it

This panel uses ceiling installation. Because the panel is translucent, it softens glare without blocking the breeze, which makes it a good fit for covered patios, porches, sunrooms, balconies and gazebos.

Shading runs from 1% to 40%, so you can layer panels to deepen the shade. One panel gives a light filter. Two or more panels side by side build more coverage and more privacy. The left and right biparting open style lets panels meet in the middle and part cleanly when you want an open view.

The lace also works indoors. Use it on a flat window, in a living room, or in a cafe, office or hotel space where you want a soft divider. The floral pattern suits Japanese and Korean style rooms and casual outdoor rooms alike.

Care

Rinse the panel with water, then let it dry fully before you store it. Do not store it damp. Fold or roll it loosely for storage and keep it in a dry place between seasons.
