What this grill cover is
The Harbor Shield 420D Grill Cover is a fitted hood for your barbecue or griddle. It shields the body, lid and side shelves from rain, dust and sun when the grill is not in use.
The shell is 420D polyester with a PU coating. That combination makes the cover waterproof and UV-resistant. The fabric is light enough to lift off with one hand and strong enough for daily outdoor use.
A yellow trim runs along the hem, so you can spot the edge in low light. Buckle straps at the hem cinch the cover down and keep it in place on windy days.

Measure the width, depth and height of your grill with the lid closed. Add a little room for the lid handle and any side shelf. If your numbers fall between two sizes, choose the larger one for easier on and off.
Color and trim

How to fit and use it
Let the grill cool completely before you cover it. Heat trapped under the fabric can damage the coating over time.
Slide the cover down from the top. Pull the hem to the base of the grill and check that the corners sit square. Fasten the buckle straps at the hem and pull them snug. The straps hold the cover against the frame when wind picks up.
To remove the cover, unfasten the buckles, lift the hem and pull the cover up and off. Fold it loosely rather than stuffing it into a ball.
Care and storage
Rinse the cover with water and let it air dry fully before you store it. A dry cover keeps mildew away and holds its shape longer. Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
