What this grill cover is

The Shield Vented Grill Cover is a single-piece cover for an outdoor grill. The material is polyester with a waterproof and UV-resistant finish, so rain rolls off and sunlight does not wear the fabric down. A drawstring hem lets you cinch the bottom edge snug around the grill. Two vents keep air moving underneath, which helps condensation escape instead of collecting on the metal. The color is black. Sizes

Pick the size that matches your grill. Measure the width, depth and height of the grill with the lid closed, then choose the closest option. If your grill falls between two sizes, choose the larger one so the cover sits over the edges without pulling.

How to fit it

Let the grill cool completely before you cover it. Set the cover over the top and pull it down over the sides. Reach under the bottom edge and pull the drawstring until the hem hugs the base of the grill, then tie it off. The two vents sit near the top so warm air and moisture can rise and escape. When you are ready to cook, lift the cover off and set it aside. The drawstring makes it easy to loosen and remove.

Care

Rinse the cover with water to clear dust and pollen. Let it dry fully before you fold it or put it back on the grill. Store it in a dry spot when the grill is in use for a long stretch. Do not machine wash or dry clean. A quick rinse every few weeks keeps the surface clean and helps the waterproof finish last.
