This is an HDPE shade net, also called shade cloth or a sun shade for a patio. The fabric is woven HDPE, so it blocks UV light while staying breathable. Air moves through it, and rain passes through instead of pooling on top. It is not waterproof, so plan for that if you need full rain cover.
Each corner has a reinforced protector with a grommet. Those corners take the pull when you tie the net to posts, rails, or trees. Mounting hardware is not included, so bring your own rope, cord, or ties.
Pick the size that covers your space with a little slack for angles. All sizes are listed in inches first, with the metric value in brackets.

Choose from Green, Blue and white, Black, Blue, Coffee, Beige, Blue, green and yellow stripes, or Gray. Solid colors keep the look simple. The striped option adds a brighter pattern. All colors use the same HDPE weave and the same reinforced corners.
Lay out the net and check the span before you tie anything. Leave a little slack so the fabric can flex in the wind. Thread rope or cord through each grommet and anchor it to posts, a pergola, a fence, or sturdy branches. Pull the corners snug, but do not over-tighten, since the weave needs room to move.
Use it over a patio, a garden bed, a campsite, or a play area. Because rain passes through, it works well in spots where you want shade without trapping water. Pair it with an outdoor curtain or a window screen if you also want privacy or bug cover.
If you need full rain protection, this net is not the right pick. It is made for sun and airflow, not for keeping water out.
Rinse the net with water to clear dust and pollen. Let it dry fully before you fold it for storage. Store it in a dry spot, away from standing water. Check the grommets and corners each season, and replace any worn cord before it fails.
Mounting hardware is not included. You supply the rope, cord, or ties. The net is UV-resistant and not waterproof. It lets rain through. Sizes range from 6.6 x 6.6 ft (2 x 2 m) up to 16.4 x 16.4 ft (5 x 5 m).
